Yep, you guessed it. That is my EDD :) I am thrilled, excited, happy, ready(or so i think i am), blessed. We are soooo looking forward to this little guy or gal becoming a part of our little family of 3.

Jon and I began trying to add to our family at the end of November and with great success; I am 9 weeks and 3 days pregnant. We have many reasons for why we wanted to add to our family, one of which being, how could we not? We make beautiful babies. haha I’m kidding..but seriously. haha :P We both agreed that the timing works great for us and don’t care for anyone’s criticism. This little life was made of lots of lovin’ oops! i meant lots of  ”love” so just be happy with us :)

 Pregnancy so far is fine: the usual feeling of blah and exhaustion but thankfully no vomiting. A couple people have said they see a “baby bump.” Sorry, but this little nugget has not made that much of an impression on my midsection. It’s just full of happiness and a dash of laziness.. oh, and lots of chickfila ;)

As you all know, I birthed Zoey naturally, with no meds at a beautiful birth center. I plan to do the same only at home with a local midwife from a different practive :) I am excited for this, as I am super passionate about all things babies and birth! We have no clue what we’re going to name this little babe, and you probably won’t find out either until he/she is in our arms (unless you talk to my father-in-law haha inside joke). I’ve noticed people can be a little critical about baby names; I don’t want anyone ruining it for me– I trust you’ll understand, again :) Jon and I have been debating on whether we want to know the gender before or when our little sweets is born. I suppose that’s because we both want a baby boy. And not that we would be, but finding out on the day of our baby’s birth leaves no room for disappointment. What? Am I the only one honest about wanting a boy or girl? Of course I want a healthy baby, but you asked ;) I want a boy, but I will also be elated to have another girl to dress in pink tutus and big bows :)

Be prepared for the monthly preggo pics– I remember feeling sexiest when I was pregnant with Zoey… unless I triple in size, I’m sure I’ll feel the same this go around. There is something that is so attractive about a woman with child. Anywho, if you have any other questions I didn’t answer, feel free to ask ;)
